Management issues, behavioural and availability issues. technical issues always on. HR head Christine is worst and never follows rules and regulations. everyday hiring firing is on so never join this fraud and negative company. hire on the name of PWFH and ask to come back to office.

I worked in a same process from past 4 years,but during at the time of lockdown-2020, they kept on bunch with out pay with out effecting my process. Not a single email received from manager or HR Team,but they taken for bench option that's very painful to me after 6 months I gave my resignation.!!

I joined as an Team lead i shifted from diff state w my family with all the belongings i was not given the team for around 6months after 6months they want me to relived from the organisation all the HR and managers are same at least HR could have fight for me but every one is same when i tried to get in touch with upper level management they told me it is the decision from them and did not allowed me to get in touch also There is alot of politics in data marshall , They did not even gave me prior notice at least for the month they relived me on spot firstly its very difficult to move from one state to another so i would suggest please do not do this with the employee who is coming from the different state and getting relocated....Read More

There is no such thing as job security in Data Marshall Company. They just use the employee and then throw him away. Worst IT-Bpo department company. We come here from far off places and work. Company earns profit. But instead, they throw out the people who have made them profitable. Worst management, team leadership, HR and HR policies. Nothing is good in this company. Totally whole company is unprofessional. Worst HR policy. Worst manager behaviour. Treated like a slave. Deduction in salary. And one day they will fire you without any prior notice and without salary.

Hire and fire policy environment. Don't join this company ever. They will fire you any time without any prior notice and put your salary on hold. They treated employee like a slave.
