I joined as an Team lead i shifted from diff state w my family with all the belongings i was not given the team for around 6months after 6months they want me to relived from the organisation all the HR and managers are same at least HR could have fight for me but every one is same when i tried to get in touch with upper level management they told me it is the decision from them and did not allowed me to get in touch also There is alot of politics in data marshall , They did not even gave me prior notice at least for the month they relived me on spot firstly its very difficult to move from one state to another so i would suggest please do not do this with the employee who is coming from the different state and getting relocated....Read More

Nothing is good in this company. Totally whole company is unprofessional. Worst HR policy. Worst manager behaviour. Treated like a slave. Deduction in salary. And one day they will fire you without any prior notice and without salary.
