Cyntexa just fake itself on social media for brand marketing. It all show fake things. Cyntexa sucks. One person can get mental pressure there as they just show themselves good but they are not. They take exams even after you are converted. They make you study even after you are converted. If you put your point of view then they'll fail you in test and will extend a person's training and even they will think you are resigning and apply your cheques in bank</mark>. It's not a company its a school where you get harrassed 24/7 you have to lock 8 hours in the office if by any mistake your time is less then 8 hours even 1 minute they cut your salary you can't do anything you have to go to CEO to get your attendance regularisation approved its not even 100% sure he is gonna do it und-color: #fff5e4;">. Its training period is a hell they take 3 test nobody knows passing criteria they will fail you by saying your behaviour is not professional full stop nothing more</mark>. There main business is making fake resume of freshers showing 3 years of experience and onboard them into other companies its not a software company its a fraud run by its CEO. Whole HR team and whole management work against employees their whole aim is to how much they can harras employees. No wfh option you have to be in office all time no Saturday off for trainies even you can't take a leave they will cut your salary. They fail trainee again and again and extend training by 1,2,3 months and then they terminate you....Read More
