Managers are pretty chilled as long as there is billing and good feedback from client. Cyient is a service based company, so they mainly recruit people to deploy at client office. After deployment at client office there no major communication from Cyient except timesheet filling and leaves are taken in every month. No much career growth and compensation correction every year.
