Waste to join they won't encourage people to grow technically

Dislikes

Some of the projects in cyient are so terrible that they are making employees to work with the freshers package even after 2 years of experience, they made the condition that if we join on or before March then you ll be under appraisal cycle otherwise you won't be in that cycle , we don't know all these when we join
