There's very little scope of growth if you wanna go far ahead in your career. Cyient is more of a place to stay if you want to just stay in a comfortable position for a few years.

Bad company culture no engineering work Management is pathetic , worst HRs No facilities , worst payscale wish I could take name but the Payroll manager is doing the work of both HR as well as payroll and he is worst in both job as well.

1. For my team, good colleagues are there to help me in difficult times 2. I got good senior to teach me basic things in mechanical engineering 3. And also good manager for supporting me in all way.

offshore managers asusaual thinks employees as working machine, They never know your skills, expertise. All they want is billing hours, so they will engage in whatever work at present they have in hand. Poor managers!!!

Dislikes

Never join this organisation. Associate Separation policy is not at all good. HR don't release employee even if they want to. Have to serve entire notice period. Clients and overall management policies are not good. Client suddenly fires from the project. No security. Culture is not user friendly. Many negative things internally which makes bad environment.

The only thing I like, they have multiple Projects with different Service Lines (Manufacturing, Design, Health care, Civil, Mechanical, Mining, ETC )

Working here is good but not for long term, because Less salary than other companies,and really low appraisal. There no benefit, no bonus, no diwali gift, and many more thing

Office is good in summer day's because of AC, as Cyient shifted to new location AP81, so infrastructure is good here.

Dislikes

There is no proper communication from HR and Management to their employees regarding appraisals and all. There is no extra curricular activities, no team engagement programme, only you have to come office daily at time and satisfy customer and management by giving proper billing of 9 hours.

There is no Work Life balance and hardworking people don't get deserved opportunities.Some of the managers/Leads have egos and don't let people to grow.Due to their egos and politics they won't provide good rating though your work reaches the project requirements. . People won't get their deserved salaries.There is no skill development opportunities.

CYIENT customers are really good until 2020 and many part away due to their own development centers in INDIA. So, old teams are of not much use but one with software upgrade should still be able to re-join.

It will.be a experience for core engineer to feel how IT culture will be is while working in cyient.

Its totally a service based company, there will be a big language issue untill unless you know hindi and telugu. Increment is 6% of your salary. And if there is no job available they will put you in pool, and you will be idle and they will ask us to learn any software to survive there. Work culture is good. No job security, one day they will say to resign without any prior notice. Salary will be good but no job security. If anyone coming to cyient because of high package please don't come ,with two or three months you will be thrown out even if you are skilled also.

Managers wont respond properly they don't have projects simply they hire the associates and they keep on bench for 6 months and then they force us to resign. Managers are here to take the billing from the projects if the associate got the project if not they force us to resign to the job

HR & Management does not support or encourage the employees for team engagement. HR team involvement is not good. There is no benefit to keep any hope from them to listen your problem.
