Dislikes

Everything depends on manager..If manager if favourable to you then work will be so satisfactory.Coming to appraisal,I believe Cyient is the last to complete appraisal process when compared with other companies and the increments will be max 10% of CTC.One more set back is we have to serve a notice period of 3 months in case of resignation.
