The only thing I like, they have multiple Projects with different Service Lines (Manufacturing, Design, Health care, Civil, Mechanical, Mining, ETC )

Dislikes

Working here is good but not for long term, because Less salary than other companies,and really low appraisal. There no benefit, no bonus, no diwali gift, and many more thing

Many tech talks for skill-up and well being sessions & finance guidance sessions & HR Events/Fun at Work and Employee care, Cyient Provides Skill up trainings in various technologies by the Industry Experts like AI, Data science etc. Good Work Life balance. Office transport provided with minimal charges. Customer/Client base is very good in Engineering Services Development. Certified with Great Work Place. Cafeteria and Park & Indoor, Out Door Games. Management is always thinks about budget. They should focus more on R&D in Product Improvement/development for their some Projects. Appraisal Process are too much of delayed for releasing new hikes. This makes employees to get anger (This should be change). Salary structures should be revised for employees according to inflation rates and for whoever been there for long years in the CYIENT Family. Some office politics happens in few teams....Read More

Worst policy have ever seen, no work life balance for the employees under managers. No organisation culture in managers and HR, they only think about companies profit and their own profit. Total under professional and uncultured people in the management.

There is no Work Life balance and hardworking people don't get deserved opportunities.Some of the managers/Leads have egos and don't let people to grow.Due to their egos and politics they won't provide good rating though your work reaches the project requirements. . People won't get their deserved salaries.There is no skill development opportunities.

CYIENT customers are really good until 2020 and many part away due to their own development centers in INDIA. So, old teams are of not much use but one with software upgrade should still be able to re-join.

It will.be a experience for core engineer to feel how IT culture will be is while working in cyient.

Its totally a service based company, there will be a big language issue untill unless you know hindi and telugu. Increment is 6% of your salary. And if there is no job available they will put you in pool, and you will be idle and they will ask us to learn any software to survive there. Work culture is good. But here guiding is very difficult, all the work you do will be charged on hourly basis. Skill development isn't possible. Everything will be operated in teams for everything....Read More

No job security, one day they will say to resign without any prior notice. Salary will be good but no job security. If anyone coming to cyient because of high package please don't come ,with two or three months you will be thrown out even if you are skilled also.

Managers wont respond properly they don't have projects simply they hire the associates and they keep on bench for 6 months and then they force us to resign. Managers are here to take the billing from the projects if the associate got the project if not they force us to resign to the job
