I like job security in Cyient, and one thing is managers torture is very bad to associate minimum respect was not there so please change the culture

I worked as a trainee apprentice. Teammates were supportive and very friendly TL.The organization was lacking in management. But you would learn new things. Work life balance is worst. 12 hour working. Friendly colleagues.
