Pros are this is process oriented company. No need to apply our brains too much into work. People who want this kind of work can definitely be satisfied.

Dislikes

Cons: Management is not at all worried about the employees. Most of them are worrying about their salaries and Management is not taking action. I worked for 3 years and in my project the process is manual data entry kind and a person working here will be not knowing of treading skills in market and would be confused what to do next.

Many things.... Mainly delivered all the projects on time. But there is no good appraisal. yearly Max to max 3 to 4%. we are working for money. But 4.5 years i got only 1.5 lakhs hike only. That to 50k is bonus amount. I don't wish to go this hell again.
