1)Cyient should keep in black list company. Because they removed more than 200 people showing the covid .which bought suside situation in many familes . 2) low level management try to makeup their mistakes showing their associate inprofficiency but which is not true they don't traininee their team properly . 3)many people stay in the company many year for only for onsite. 4) many people will be their who will suppress your ideas and growth . 5)there is a lot of politics and the management dosen t address our issues salary is worst and career growth is slow ....Read More
