Cygnet is a safe company to work with. If you can perform well, you are fairly secured and will not lose your job in any case. The flexibility it offers is really good. employees are allowed to take as many breaks as they like and just need to ensure that the daily working hours are justified. Company has a good culture and the employees at same hierarchy shares great bonds.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Politics is mild and not employees at top level are the only one affected by it. Career growth is a big big issue. They sometimes don't trust their own employees and are not willing to take him/her to the next level, though they are experienced and old enough in the system. The executives are executives forever, AMs are AMs and so on. Succession planning is missing. Appraisals are fine but they do not care about investing an average employee who is willing to learn and grow. Everybody is looking to secure their positions....Read More
