No job security. Management does not reevaluate manager ratings. Within 6 month they asked for release. I joined with expectations as they are working with product and services but really disappointed with management decisions.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
