Role & responsibilities

Job Description

• Record daily accounting entries (journal entries)
• Check cash and bank balances (reconciliation)
• Review supplier and customer accounts (ledger scrutiny)
• Handle petty cash expenses
• Manage transport activities, including inward and outward logistics
• Process daily invoices and purchases
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents
• Help with audits and budget planning
• Manage GST, TDS, and service tax work
• Handle payments and collections (debtors/creditors management)
• Support in finalizing company accounts
