Fast evolving tech landscape means priorities can change quickly, flexibility is the key so we need to adapt to new direction and projects as they arise. There is a steep learning curve for the new employees. This can be both exciting and demanding as you quickly get up to the speed. Complex problem can be mentally demanding sometimes, But its rewarding :)
