Horrible it's not a company it's a trap do not enter otherwise you will be stuck until you bond period is over they work on outdated ancient technologies which are not being used anywhere they will spoil your career. Insane working hours 9 hours a day and they expect you to work 12 hours day. Does not provide work from home even in this pandemic time even if you have cold and cough they will ask you to come to office putting you and your family in danger of catching the virus. Leaves are exception rather than the norm no work life balance.

Dislikes

They don't work on the latest technologies no room for career growth there is a thing called humanity which all the managers lack all they care about is money. There is no work life balance.

MOST OF POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE GIVEN BY THEIR OWN TEAM MEMBERS EVERYWHERE TO SAVE THEIR IMAGE. This comapany has no system to get project, they totally dependent on their business development team, they do freelancing and get projects with very cheaper rate. They represent their senior developer to clients for job interviews and after that a sudo developer who is just a fresher or jr level works on those projects. There is no dedicated QA team who is responsible to test developers work .. they will be only assigned if their client is agreed to pay for QA otherwise only developer will play a role of QA. This company CEOs always focus on Quantity of developers to increase and show off in market that they have large no of devlopers team ..<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. instead they should focus on Quality of work</mark>. The worst face of this companys poor management shown in March 2020 Pandemic time when they suddenly fired more than 200 people who had just started their career in last 6-1 year time.Approx 200 people were moved on Leave without pay it means they were forced to give their resignation because company was not able to afford their salaries.... They deducted salaries of people and promised to pay but NEVER completed their promise. If you are going to join this company then forget about your career because even after 10 years of hard work you won't get any growth or a good designation because they have a legacy based non working hierarchy of people who play politics all times with hard working developers careers. Good growth for Juniors but don't expect much when it comes to increment. Also the technology you want to work on will be changed according to the company's requirements. So decide carefully if you want to work on what you desire.

Dislikes

No work life balance. They only consider their as their GOD employee is nothing for them. Job is not secure they can fire you when they want.
