HR people are not so good, they can deduct salary by any reason, in the pendemic situations also they are deducting salaries, frequent change in HR policies, no rules, no job security, they give lollipop to Freshers to join the company and pay nothing for 6 months, ask for bond and put pressure to complete the bond even if employeeis not happy to stay. 10 hours working policy and they pay as per hour, in 2020 they fired many people for no reason and did not pay salary, have 90 days of notice period during which they do harassment of employees, don't look at infrastructure look at work culture and I would recommend not to join it....Read More

Worst ever decision of my life to join this company. I will suggest not to join this. They hire junior in bulk and according to the company profit fire them without any reason. During lockdown they were not able to give salary to their employees. so they keep most of the employees on bench without salary and force them to leave the company. The other employees who were working from home regularly, they were forced to work harder and longer. But their salary is deducted without any reason. They promised to return all the deductions but still employees did not get that back. So they make fake promises. And managements are the worst unit. Projects were handled by team leaders and developer. They are superhero. They handle entire project, clients everything. They tried their best to fulfill project requirements. But they did get any appreciation. Company had dynamic hr policies that changes time to time and employees to employees. They didn't provide the salary on time. They have good infrastructure to showoff in front of clients and employees. But internally they are worst. They are expert to destroy the career of new freshers. Freshers are forced to work on multiple technologies and they can't focus on one at that time. Projects are just taken on besis of one day learning. Sometimes they make clients fool by using sudo reference. Sometimes developer work with sudo name. During project estimation senior interact with client and give interview. The colleagues were helpful and made me feel like I am in a good company. Just after 2-3 year span of my job, I realized there is no growth and got into saturation whether you consider salary or skills. All the work, you just have to do on your own, no significant process, no growth opportunity, no skillset improvement, nothing. Just a regular salary job. Poor professionalism these guys lie even to there customers they will let a fresher handle a 7-8year experience senior’s post and then harass any fresher for not completing the task. The worst part for freshers is they become prey to their evil management. They will ask you to sign a bond for 3 years with signing upon 2 lakh rupees empty cheque. Never I say never ever sign that cheque. Salary is fine you can manage but the work they throw will especially have you suffer breakdown.
