Worst ever decision of my life to join this company. I will suggest not to join this. They hire junior in bulk and according to the company profit fire them without any reason. During lockdown they were not able to give salary to their employees. so they keep most of the employees on bench without salary and force them to leave the company. The other employees who were working from home regularly, they were forced to work harder and longer. But their salary is deducted without any reason. They promised to return all the deductions but still employees did not get that back. So they make fake promises. And managements are the worst unit. Projects were handled by team leaders and developer. They are superhero. They handle entire project, clients everything. They tried their best to fulfill project requirements. But they did get any appreciation. Company had dynamic hr policies that changes time to time and employees to employees. They didn't provide the salary on time. They have good infrastructure to showoff in front of clients and employees. But internally they are worst. They are expert to destroy the career of new freshers. Freshers are forced to work on multiple technologies and they can't focus on one at that time. Projects are just taken on besis of one day learning. Sometimes they make clients fool by using sudo reference. Sometimes developer work with sudo name. During project estimation senior interact with client and give interview. But once the project approved they align the jr. Developer to work on that. So this is all about this company. And If you still want to join even after read this then go to hell....Read More
