only first month is good. after that all seniors start politics with you. very bad

senior are very bad. they always talking to leave the company and prepare the government job. they gives their task to you to complete and they always busy to watch the you tube. they play very bad politics with you upper position like team lead did not listen to you. only they talk to your senior about your work and performance. and if you leave the company they behave like, who are you.

most of the time they give you content work. only copy past like a data entry. only senior work on coding and you will do the only data entry. very bad
