There is no single thing to like about this organisation.

Dislikes

There is a long list of dislikes about cis. I trapped in there 3 years bond agreement and they are not even giving appraisal as per their promise. HR depratment is just for spreading lies at the time of joining. Once you signed the agreement you're trapped and can't do anything for 3 years. I highly regret joinig this organisation. I recommend to freshers if you have a offer to work for free for 3-6months just join that and never fall in trap of such organisations with bond agreement....Read More

Nothing is good. During covid 19 pandamic company has given leave to its junior member and even after 6 months they have to call them back.

Dislikes

Worst company. They usually fire their employees without any reason to maintain their annual budget. Due to covid19 on the month of March they had given leave to their junior developers and even after 6 months they haven't call them back. If we call them then they says that right now we don't have any project we will call you when projects will be available. Worst management. For freshers there is a bond of three years before that you cannot leave the company, bond breaching amount is ₹2,00,000 but if they want they will fire you without any reason for their personal benifits.
