After leaving the CXC I needed I PF mail that, I did not take pf account in the company that wan really important to join my new organisation and the company did not provide I requested them very badly but they literally did not provide.

Dislikes

Previous I liked after they denied to provide pf confirmation mail I don't like means they can't help their ex employee when they need them.

One year ago this company is doing everything great but now there one manager is doing partiality with the people . He made the whole enviorment too much toxic to work. Worst company to work , as there is no growth , if you ask for salary increments , they will ask you to leave the company instead of increments.

People are sometimes given the opportunity to be SME , team lead but this is also a game of the management , because they know if they hire someone from outside they will charge so much , so they give these posts to the old employees but without even any extra remuneration.
