The massive changes after 3 months in being their as you have to work for different different processes didn't cleared what to do or where to concentrate and their no clarification from your manager either you work good or not . Nothing can be came to discussions between you and your team leader. Just sudden responsibility comes and you have to deal with them without guidence.
