Likes

Lot of learning opportunities and no level based restrictions, quite a secure job compared to other IT companies.

Dislikes

Don't really follow any Process like ITIL, feels very unprofessional most of the times especially while handling escalations. No proper escalation matrix from associate end which creates a sense of insecurity to escalate something against the Leads or Managers.

Most of the times it's exciting to work here but hectic in handling escalations as there is no process involved at all.
