There is no infrastructure, the HR is horrible knows nothing ,they don’t have appraisal cycles. So when joining consider not getting a raise in the future even if they make you do hell lot of work. Seriously they’ll make you work like anything and won’t even give the bare minimum perks. You go ask HR ..she’ll always responds as I don ’t know. So far i'm really grateful to be a part of this organization,even in times like this when other companies have started layoffs this company have been supporting us financially as well as with the job security, everyone is quite supportive as well as friendly,Salary was never delayed even in this tough condition we get our salary on t ime every month. The only thing to dislike here is the work culture,we're working 10+ hours everyday even though our working hours conclude of 9 hours but the thing is that overtime is not even compensated for us.
