There is nothing likeable about this company. They advertise their flexible first and 100% remote policy just to hide the fact that they do so to reduce the overhead costs of maintaining an office space.

Dislikes

• Too much politics. • Favouritism - some people being favoured over others regardless of their competency and skillset. • Unclear HR policies. • Horrible Product & Tech Stack • Huge Communication Gap and Lack of Escalation • Frequent Layoffs • Very little focus on upskilling of employees • Useless leadership comprising of folks who have been stuck in this company for more than a decade. Promotions is the most terrible aspect that I have noticed across my duration with the organisation which proves to be a demeaning and demotivating factor. Technology is internal so skill development won't contribute to career growth in the long run

So much lay off No salary hike No work progress in other skills No growth learning wise Project r waste Management r useless. They even don't know what is happening in project. Which resource is in project. Who got another. There is no transition or commhnication mail from manager about transition. Don't waste in going here.
