No life after office as you do not have time for other things (working hours could be more than 12 hours) . Stressful work environment feels like u r in a jail and if u laugh or talk or even discussing about any topic related to work then u are not working. Zero job security as they can fire u based on your so called performance which they did not notice for months or even years but one day they notice it. They can cut your salary if they you didn't work that day....Read More

2 Morons running a "dhabha" company. While they keep building there wealth, whereas employees are compelled to work extra hours for morons ego. Modus of operandi is to hire multiple interns, and keep only top 2 or 3. The technical founder keep insulting you in meetings. Policies are bad. Taking Leave in company is considered as a sin.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
