Salaries of senior and junior resources are almost same. Lot of work pressure Strict timings Forced to take interviews on weekends without compensatory offs They will give so much work that every day atleast 1-2 hours should be extended They constantly put the work burden on the ones who work sincerely leaving them completely drained for very less salaries and for very less career development time....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
