Worst experience for a big brand like CRISIL. Toxic work environment with disrespecting and micromanaging managers, poor salaries and employee benefits, poor work-life balance, low employee morale, no respect for employees, high attrition rate. It's a decelerating company with shrinking business.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
