Work pressure with no support from managers, bad culture, office politics, no learning, no quality work only quantitative work, high expectations, no work life balance, huge and multiple targets which are very difficult to achieve, you'll have to sit late in the office and also work on weekends

I joined CRISIL at Scale 11A at a Fixed Salary of 15LPA + Variable of 18% on the other hand they hand they had hired at a junior Scale of 10A MBA freshers for a Fixed Salary of 16.5LPA + Variable of 18% in April 2023.
I put on the table relevant work ex of 4 years. I felt cheated. It's also because employees as a fraternity don't share(anonymously) their CTC clearly so when switching you don't get the exact picture. You have to rely on limited data available on Glassdoor etc......Read More
