Everything, Management is pathetic. HR do not respond on time. Hire people who have no management skills and do know how to handle subordinates. Lot of ego clashes among team mates.

I like their professionalism and adherence to all the corporate standards and policies. There was lot of learning.

Dislikes

The managerial part, as they rightly say, if you get a good manager you’ll look great but apparently people are so busy boasting themselves that they are not so welcoming to newbies. Bengaluru office looks like one small chamber. Upper management was quiet dominating then being helpful, lack of mentorship in them. My health went down and I had to leave.

Toxic culture, micro management of the team members by managers, they closed down both Navi Mumbai and powai offices, people working there for longer periods behaves like they own the company and treat team members like they own them, No work life balance, bad and dirty politics. No appraisals and appreciation for the employees, they're taken for granted. Long and hectic working hours might put you in hospital. GAC division --- For freshers, this company is a training ground. You can get all the relevant skillset and upskill yourself.

GAC division --- Compensation is not that great and hike will be average. Management gives fake promises for Promotion. There is a lot of politics done by the Management and team dynamics ends up in toxic culture.

Dislikes

Culture could be considerably toxic in specific teams. One cannot expect basic support even if an employees are facing major health issues, leaving no option but to quit. Lastly, there’s clear disparity in opportunities and promotions rolled across to women.
