My time with CRISIL sales team was a disheartening experience. The company was a rife with internal politics leaving little room for genuine work. The emphasis on maintaining appearances and navigating bureaucratic hurdles far outweighed the actual execution of tasks. Work life balance is a mere illusion as demanding deadlines and constant pressure often bled into personal time. Unfortunately this toxic environment extended beyond the employees with Clients also expressing dissatisfaction with CRISIL’s services. 1. Every task is on priority and unrealistic deadlines are set hence work life balance goes for a toss all the time. 2. Pulling resources from one project and assigning into another can be managed better, as there is no proper KT given to new people in team. 3. Low increment will be given despite you working well. 4. Average base compensation to freshers.

Toxic culture, micro management of the team members by managers, they closed down both Navi Mumbai and powai offices, people working there for longer periods behaves like they own the company and treat team members like they own them, No work life balance, bad and dirty politics. GAC division --- For freshers, this company is a training ground. You can get all the relevant skillset and upskill yourself.

GAC division --- Compensation is not that great and hike will be average. Management gives fake promises for Promotion. There is a lot of politics done by the Management and team dynamics ends up in toxic culture.

Culture could be considerably toxic in specific teams. One cannot expect basic support even if an employees are facing major health issues, leaving no option but to quit. Lastly, there’s clear disparity in opportunities and promotions rolled across to women.
