People are bad who were sitting on top management,Not all but some of them were worst. Fake commitments with the clients which spoil companies repo in the market made by the people knowing this no one takes action againts them.

It was difficult in the beginning only few days of training session can not teach you the realty of your working,As it was a direct marketing job door to door marketing and seminars arengment helped me lot to stay working. Thanks to all my seniors.
