I have been working with Crisil Urban-1 team for one year (contractual). Its one of the worst place to work with.The team leaders are egoistic and quite bossy. There is no career growth and you only get a label of Crisil on your head.No job security, hell lot of politics and no innovations. The team leaders would never let you work freely with your own skill sets and are ever ready to play a blame game.They never explore the strength of their team. The emphasis on maintaining appearances and navigating bureaucratic hurdles far outweighed the actual execution of tasks. Work life balance is a mere illusion as demanding deadlines and constant pressure often bled into personal time. Unfortunately this toxic environment extended beyond the employees with Clients also expressing dissatisfaction with CRISIL’s services.
