Our bonuses and certain other financial components have been devised to reward our talented Crimsonites. In fact, even during the pandemic we had a timely disbursement of bonuses as opposed to the industry trends during that period. However, certain components of these benefits are rolled out as an advance to the Crimsonite to ensure financial stability of our people. The process of managing these components in case of separation/termination is informed to all Crimsonites when they join us. Please be assured that these and all other pay-out metrics implemented by us are validated by reputed professionals and are in line with market standards. Though we couldn’t address your concern while you were working with us, we are glad to know that you enjoyed your interactions with our team members and experienced a healthy work life balance. We take several efforts to ensure these benefits for our people and it feels good to be appreciated. We take pride in the fact that we have a large pool of young talent that grows with us and contributes immensely to our vibrant culture. Additionally, we have a strong leadership group that leverages their tenured expertise to groom and mentor this young talent. This mix of talent and tenure has been one of our best assets and we have received a lot of positive response for our workforce dynamics.
