Salary is paid out on time. Generally, this place has understanding and helpful colleagues and seniors.
The workload is extremely high. On several days, you end up working way beyond shift hours. The pay structure and appraisals are also disappointing. Even though editors are expected to work under very tight deadlines, even the most minor of misses are focused on and feedback is provided. The office space is cramped. No leaves on national holidays or public holidays in the name of capacity too. I worked with Enago for a few months. I liked the culture of the organization and my colleagues and manager were respectful. The performance evaluation process is well-evolved. I got to learn a lot work wise while in the organisation.
