No job security. For freshers the salary is very very low they should sign 1year 6 months bond also should submit all the certificates for 1 year. What ever happens like medical emergency or heavy rain you have to show yourself in the organisation or they'll simply put LOP on you. Politics are there in all organisations, but here itplays a big role. If you want promotion don't work hard here just act like working and open the car door for the higher officials.
