This organization has a very toxic environment and poor workplace culture. The seniors in this organization are not helpful to colleagues, and the owner is a very selfish person. The organization's biggest disadvantage is that its working culture is like a school-type management system. I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
