1. Growth is for only who will stay till midnight, Normal logout guys will be treated like waste. 2. if you are not willing to stay till midnight, they will ask you to report to midnight stay guy who is fresher. 3. So if you have 20 years experience also, you have to report to fresher guy, saying star performer because of his mid night work hours performance. 4. Better if someone make them to understand, performing in official business hours is always a correct process, instead of mid night works. 5. Tamilians will be highly taken cared & enjoyed. 6. You have to be very midnight work alholic to survive here. 7. Every 3 months teams places/work/knowledge will be moved/changed 8. I work here from past 3 yrs. Recent concern I raised on racisim with management. I am surprised to see mgmt involvong and took it to disciplinary committee. Relevant action was taken within a period of 14 days irrespective of the sr. Position of the employee. My sincere thanks and gratitude to the mgmt for the action taken

I am fresher relocated to Bangalore working in Craft Silicon. I was facing issues with a female co-worker who is also a trainee but was close to a sr.manager. So rude that i decided to quit, but when i was encouraged by others to reach out to the Management, it was considered as a top priority and immediately taken up for investigation by the Disciplinary committee an HR. They have now terminated both and restored my confidence and trust with the Organization. As a fresher i am very happy that the fairness was served without any partiality. The Management Of Support Team is extremely POOR. When i was hired as ASSOCIATE S/W Engineer, my job was supposed to involve working on Database and to Co-ordinate with Support Team to resolve DB Related Issues. However , Company provided No Training on their Product or the related Database. The initial training which lasted 7 Days , focused Solely on Banking Terms and Products, without any information about Database or the tables related to modules. To my Surprise, once i started working, they assigned me tasks related to Application Support. When i approached my TL and manager for assistance on issues, they were completely Clueless. After repeatedly informing them that i was hired to work on DB, they somehow agreed to assign me tasks related to DB. However, nobody in my team had any understanding of Product or related DB and Tables. They don't even know the basic SQL. My manager , who has 15 years of experience in call centers, claims that SQL is nothing. Infact EXCEL is better than SQL. He insists that people working on Application Support should be designated as DATA ANALYST. The HEAD MANAGER , who possesses extensive knowledge of Product and Database due to his previous roles as Senior DB Developer and Architect, is unhelpful and solely focuses on closing issues within SLA. I had to create a Script in SQL Server and once approached him for help, he redirected me to TL and manager, both of whom are equally uninformed. Working with LIVE DB of Banks , the risk of making incorrect updates is high because we are unaware of the related Tables and the nature of data in each column. In such cases, management immediately Terminates the employee. Work Life balance is worst i have seen till date. Employees can be called up at any hour and asked to work ( many times on Saturdays or Sundays even without Pay )...Read More
