I personally feel that the leave policy here is excellent, especially the Maternity and Paternity Leaves .Few months ago I became a father and needed a paternity leave to be with my wife and newborn. Thankfully The paternity leave policy allowed me to spend enough time with them.

After on boding not got much chance for client round and company told to give resign and i contact multiple to my reporting manager and other also but not assign any project so in short period i was again searching for job. There is not job security there and buddy are also not supporting also there.

Manager will put pressure on junior and senior level of employees, forces to work on weekends, sudden meeting and task from different clients. Penny on the name of appraisal and bonus. No follow up and feedback on the appraisal review. A lot more on the name of feminism...

The company shows true support for new mothers by offering maternity leave benefit. Such support gives new mothers a chance to spend quality moments with their newborns, recover from childbirth, and adjust to their new role as a mother. I personally have gone through this phase, so I know how important such benefits are to us during such a transformative phase.

Work is professional but there are also fun activities and celebrations. Communication is good here. I learned the latest in analytics and improved my skills. The company uses to up-to-date technologies and the atmosphere is positive
