Such support gives new mothers a chance to spend quality moments with their newborns, recover from childbirth, and adjust to their new role as a mother. I personally have gone through this phase, so I know how important such benefits are to us during such a transformative phase.

I worked here for 2 years but not a single time I like anything about this company if I compared to my last 2 companies which are very small in front of C5 but not every big company is a great company.

The culture of this company is very poor. Each and every time and on every stage there will be a politics, it's waiting for you if you are here. Many times I give suggestion to HR department, but no one take any action. If you are from a different locations rather than mumbai, then they will criticize you by their words or by behavior. They will do partiality everytime. There is no work-life balance and no one cares about your work like balance. They will only care about their work....Read More

I appreciate the inclusive approach of our seniors and superiors, as they offer opportunities to take leadership roles irrespective of the experience level one possesses. Also, we are given opportunities to explore different roles and responsibilities within the company. This is something that I haven’t experienced in my earlier employment. Glad to have it here.
