I worked here for 2 years but not a single time I like anything about this company if I compared to my last 2 companies which are very small in front of C5 but not every big company is a great company.

Dislikes

The culture of this company is very poor. Each and every time and on every stage there will be a politics, it's waiting for you if you are here. Many times I give suggestion to HR department, but no one take any action. If you are from a different locations rather than mumbai, then they will criticize you by their words or by behavior. They will do partiality everytime. There is no work-life balance and no one cares about your work like balance. They will only care about their work....Read More

Management has always been discussing the latest updates with all employees. Management has also tried to constantly improve on the WFH setup.

Dislikes

Sometimes it feels like the processes are longer than the actual job.

It has been good and quite educative. At least for my team I can say that my contributions and efforts are noticed.
