in our team , work environment is good and we are appreciated for good work

Dislikes

1] night shifts 2] Due to covid no bonus/increment was given last yr, even in this year they didn't provide much increment and people are not satisfied. 3] due to this low increment employees are not motivated to do their work. 4] even though ratings are low, some employees get more hike compared to employees which have good ratings.

Work Details

Company has earned a lot , since employees are working hard and also extending their shifts and work on weekend and due to this many people don't stay for a long time, and so i think its unworthy to work hard this much on this little salary.
