Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Cotecna is leading provider tesing , inspection,also certification. So in past i m student of agriculture because of this i m enhance our knowledge with the company .

Dislikes

Cotecna is a multinational company but the hiring process is not as per the qualification of the person. On what basis is hiring done in canny management and on what basis is it considered in Cotecna. When a post is vacant, departmental movement should be done as per the qualifications.
