Only good thing about the company was work-life balance, HR personnel and the Operations Manager as a person.

Dislikes

Lack of leadership quality and narrow mindedness of team leaders, stagnancy of skill development. Poor communication skills, no training facilities, hostile work environment and poor company culture

Work Details

I was appointed as a Web Designer but there were not a single productive venture where I could nurture my skills as a web designer, instead I was given the responsibility of designing posters and blog images which became monotonous after a certain period

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Likes

Good Work Life Balance, No pressure at all. Company structure is pretty Solid. Very helpful Seniors/Managers.

Dislikes

Very less salary increment. Also only one major project, so a lot of times no work. Less opportunity to learn. Not advisable if you are a fresher.

I joined as a fresher, Worked there for 2 years. Worked as a web developer in product Convergehub.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
