Small team and company so bond between everyone is good.

No professionalism, especially everything is controlled by CEO. Even silly things also need to get approved from there. And importantly decision based on CEO mood. So before asking anything need check his mood. No standard practice for promotions and increment, Every-time we need to ask like slave.

No salary hike and salary cut is a major issue in coral business. Others have no role as its a family managed business. When you sent a resignation mail the company will turn against you and will not pay the last months salary is a usual thing. I wont recommend to anyone..
