This company has the worst work culture i've ever seen. It's like a school you have to deposit your phone in the morning and can't eat anything except during lunchtimes. Even during lunch, you have to sit at your desk. The office is very tiny & conjusted & the HR is very gossipy. They withhold salaries if you take leave and don't even provide incentives. In the daily morning meeting they mentally harrass and toture you & if you haven't found atleast 4cv's in a day than you have to work extra hours.Fix morning office timings if you are late salary will be deducted. They have a good leraning system but as the time goes too many things comes into play. You will be co ordinating the Client, Candidate, Software, managers here is where work becomes like a hell. Salary part aint that lucarative - only the work part increases but not the salary.
