Very important message, don't higher non technical higher management people as a BU Head because due to this they focus only people not product actually product is main objective, If person is technical he like to involve all technical topics and improve the product rather than pusing the down people to work on product....etc

They did not convert any of the interns even if you work hard they just take interns to work day and night for low salary and replace you when internship ends with next batch interns , poor management group no new projects are there, permanent employees on good numbers are leaving conti because there are no project. this is forpeople who looking for internship in conti, I have worked really hard completed all the task on time ,I have submitted patent during my internship and i have been part critical escalation topics even after such hard work they didn't convert me . Pros: Work life balance and good salary Cons: Heavy micromanagement not only by the Manager but also other architects in team. Here some so called "experts" dont have knowledge on the particular subject. Abusive words used , making the employees to force resign.
