1. I work in Java, Angular stack. Most of the folks are from Automotive Company and they don’t have an open culture. 2. Right from the guy who gives laptop during onboarding time to your manager all are Telugu speaking. 3. If your salary expectations are high they will not call you for interview. 4. Excellent Job security if you are good at your work. Decent Work life balance. Good company culture.

Dislikes

Salary is just ok, not very competitive. Merit is not rewarded properly. Even average or below people get good hikes. Kind of soft socialism. Quality of work is not high-tech.

One of the leading company in automotive domain, good work life balance. Base development work is good. Got opportunity to involve in development task from the beginning of the project. Learning experience was good.

Dislikes

Management forcing to work from office 3 days per week. For some work from home is productive. Time loses at office and only limited hours can be spend in office whereas at home we can save travel time and sit for extended time. When work is hectic work from office is not ideal.

Very bad HR response for any query. They don't know how to handle queries. If u ask multiple times or even escalate to higher management also no use. Higher management will not even give response at all. I felt very bad how come this kind of HR and Higher management people are working in such a good company. Because of these people I decided to leave organisation just in a year of joining. After year also they are not able to give a joining kit, whenever we ask they tell one dialogue "stock got over you will get once stocks are available". They tell in next two weeks stock wil come.
