Salary is just ok, not very competitive. Merit is not rewarded properly. Even average or below people get good hikes. Kind of soft socialism. Quality of work is not high-tech.

Pros: Work life balance and good salary Cons: Heavy micromanagement not only by the Manager but also other architects in team. Here some so called "experts" dont have knowledge on the particular subject. Abusive words used , making the employees to force resign.

The new boss has made the PL as his personal playground and ruined the good culture. Once a collaborative team is now backstabbing and playing pure politics. They did not convert any of the interns even if you work hard they just take interns to work day and night for low salary and replace you when internship ends with next batch interns , poor management group no new projects are there, permanent employees on good numbers are leaving conti because there are no project. this is forpeople who looking for internship in conti, I have worked really hard completed all the task on time ,I have submitted patent during my internship and i have been part critical escalation topics even after such hard work they didn't convert me . However recently due to some bad strategic decisions at top management level the company is struggling and going through a turbulent time at HO in Germany whereas the growth story is ascending in India. Overall a good organisation to work for.

Am from VED department, 1. Only disadvantage is managers are hardcore politicians. 2. Key skillset of managers in this dept. (Middle level , BU-1) are favoritism, not contributing anything to the company in-terms of project decision making work, innovation etc. (we can learn how to be idle and sweep off all hikes and promotion) 3. A wonderful company, losing its sales volume in India, only because of these managers. 4. For the past 4 years in internal survey, employees used to point that, managers are doing internal politics, promotions and hikes are being stealed by them, but HR wont take any action against them. 5.
