Zero work life balance, very low salary compared to industry standards, no promotions, hire and fire culture that is no job security, absolutely zero skill development, no work satisfaction, the most toxic work culture I have ever came across in my professional career. The CTO and also the Co-Founder (Amit Srivastava) is always shouting instead of properly communicating with the employees.
